AVM TOWERS SPECIFICATIONS
1. Framework
R.C.C Framed Structure: Designed to withstand gale-force winds and earthquake loads as per IS codes. Minimum grade of concrete used is M20.
Steel: Sourced from Vizag Steel Plant.
2. Superstructure
Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6).
External walls: 6" thick.
Internal walls: 4.5" thick.
3. Plastering
External walls: Cement mortar (CM 1:5), 25mm thick, applied in two layers.
Internal walls: Cement mortar (CM 1:5), 20mm thick.
4. Doors
Main Door:
Teak wood frame (5" x 3") with designer teak wood shutters.
Superior quality SS hardware and Godrej safety lock.
Internal Doors:
Sal wood frames (4" x 3") with molded flush doors.
