AVM TOWERS SPECIFICATIONS

1. Framework

• R.C.C Framed Structure: Designed to withstand gale-force winds and earthquake loads as per IS codes. Minimum grade of concrete used is M20.

• Steel: Sourced from Vizag Steel Plant.

2. Superstructure

• Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6).

  • External walls: 6" thick.

  • Internal walls: 4.5" thick.

3. Plastering

• External walls: Cement mortar (CM 1:5), 25mm thick, applied in two layers.

• Internal walls: Cement mortar (CM 1:5), 20mm thick.

4. Doors

• Main Door:

  • Teak wood frame (5" x 3") with designer teak wood shutters.

  • Superior quality SS hardware and Godrej safety lock.

• Internal Doors:

  • Sal wood frames (4" x 3") with molded flush doors.

  • SS hardware and ISI-approved Godrej locks for bedrooms.

  • Waterproof WPC shutters with granite frames for bathrooms.

5. Windows

• UPVC windows from WindowTech UPVC Profile 92 Series (2.5 tracks).

• Mosquito mesh and GI grill made of 20mm square pipe with enamel paint finish.

6. Kitchen

• Polished granite platform with:

  • 24"x16" NIRALI stainless steel sink (304 grade, 1mm thickness).

  • Additional granite sink in the utility area.

• 3' high ceramic tiled backsplash.

7. Flooring

• Premium vitrified tiles (600mm x 1200mm) from RAK for living, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen.
